This is my 3rd buttkicker. the first one lasted 10 years, got the newer one, and what a world of difference. Love the remote. Love that I can see my crossover and level and the signal and clip light as well. I noticed it is way more nuanced than previous models on the tactile feedback.

Replaced an older Buttkicker amp with this and it works great.

The product I bought burned my house down 4 years ago. It suddenly started burning down. Since I am not in America, I could not file a lawsuit. But I knew that in such cases they replaced the product with a new one. Even though I told them and sent the product pictures, they did not give me a new product. However, this was not my fault. The product was going to burn down my house. Be careful when buying, if you are in America, you can file a lawsuit and get compensation.

First unit died on me in a week. Buttkicker customer service was amazing and took care of me right away with an exchange. I wish it had a trigger in, and it’s a really basic amp, but it drives the LFEs well
