Game changer - don’t be intimidated.

I was fairly nervous whether I’d be able to correctly setup/use these things as I had 0 experience with even the concept. It ended up being so easy and making a tremendous difference. I have this installed onto a recliner, I literally just screwed it into the wood of the chair frame (vertically), and I put (separately bought ) rubber feet on each corner of the recliner to isolate it from the floor. Wiring wise, it’s just like any other subwoofer - I had a cheap 300w subwoofer amp from Amazon, and I almost never get the volume above 25-30%.

I had tried a smaller unit earlier, which was decent, but tended to overdrive/bottom out because it was too small (mass) for my chair. This is probably sufficient to shake a small couch and is more than enough for my recliner.

It adds to movies and is pretty enjoyable overall being able to feel gunshots and bangs and such…but games…this is where it’s a night/day difference. I am primarily using headphones and I miss the punch/slam from using a speakers and subwoofer. This was my solution, will never go back now.

I originally bought the Mini LFE but it didn’t deliver output below 20hz before bottoming out. The advance is a much more capable version.

Worth the money!

This has been a great product. I wasn't sure if I'd like it or even needed since I have 3 subs, but once to dial it in (which honestly was much easier then I expected) it really does add to the home theater experience. I crossed it over at 80Hz on an 80w amp on a cheap but good amp and it's been great. I only really feel it when I should and not when I shouldn't. Cutting it off at 80 makes it so it only goes off during explosions and the like. I would recommend you give it a try if you are into home theater like me.

Advance transducer

Huge difference in effect highly recommend if you are having trouble with overdriving the mini transducer and getting knocking noise time to go to advance transducer and upgrade the amp well worth it

Does the job.

Does the job! Much more powerful than the aura pro shakers I was using previously.

I get decent output with this down to 10hz which was my primary reason for buying it.

However it doesn't seem to do well with music at all and is frequently off beat. Perhaps this can be fixed with some external hardware (or proper phase adjustment).

In addition to that the auras responded better at low levels. The 75W min requirement makes it essentially useless at low volumes.
