Connection

I have 2 different concerts mounted with their kicker plates on 2 DW thrones for 15 years. Hardwired pigtail to screw terminals to speakon connector that plugs into a 20 foot extension. Couple of wire ties to hug out of the way.

Works for me.

I re grease the pistons every 2 years with Mobil 1 synthetic.

Not too thick.

Great product with one big flaw

Great product, does everything it says it will. Absolutely love it. BUT... why use the least secure connector possible? Banana plugs... really? There is no way to "lock" in banana plugs. On a product that is literally designed to vibrate continuously and excessively that means the banana plugs shake loose within 2 or 3 minutes of playing. Yes, I could use bare wire and the screw terminals but that's a pain and not convenient as the cable is removed every night and the throne is stashed away. And eventually the wire gets all chewed up and has to be trimmed, etc. For the love of God, why don't y'all use a speaker/NL4 connector? Or even 1/4"? No way should a product named "Concert" require me to use zipties to secure the connection...

Adds a whole new dimension to playing the drums!!!

I've been playing the drums for around 25 years and this adds a whole new dimension to playing. It doesn't just feel like your drum throne viberates, it really FEELS like you're HEARING it. I know that doesn't make sense (because it's silent) but I don't know how else to describe it, it's just cool. My only minor complaint is the lack of accessories or instructions to help with mounting it; but then again, I welcome a good challenge. I ended up bolting it directly on to my Roc-n-Soc drum throne which wasn't too difficult, the hardest part was drilling through the metal plate that attaches the legs to the seat. I actually prefer this to the old mounts ButtKicker discontinued... it's a much cleaner look and almost hides it completely. All in all, very pleased, the thing is bullet proof and can REALLY shake when cranked up!

Had it for weeks. Can’t figure out how to mount it to my drum stool.

Maybe bring back the mounting bracket so this thing isn’t a waste of money.

Buttkicker Concert

Exactly what I was looking for. The signal comes from my ear monitor console to a Behringer NX3000 amp set to Low output/ mono. The BK Concert is mounted directly to the bass & drum riser on the stage about 4' from where I stand. Works amazing. Feels like I'm loud enough to peel the drywall off the walls but a few steps away there is almost no vibration.
