Versions

HaptiConnect is offered in three versions:

- HaptiConnect Base is free and provides an easy to use audio router allowing game audio to be sent to a ButtKicker unit and another audio device (headphones, speakers, etc). HaptiConnect Base makes using a ButtKicker device and USB headphones simple and easy with any game. The audio router works well with iRacing and simplifies ButtKicker setup. No game plugins are included with Base.

- HaptiConnect Standard Track Pak includes the features of Base as well as plugins for racing titles. Standard has a suggested retail price of $29.99 and additional plugins will cost between $2.99 and $9.99 each.

- HaptiConnect Standard Flight Pak includes the features of Base as well as plugins for flight sim titles. Standard has a suggested retail price of $29.99 and additional plugins will cost between $2.99 and $9.99 each.

- HaptiConnect Ultimate includes all the features of Base and Standard as well as no charge for future plugins - unlimited lifetime releases*.

All three versions of HaptiConnect are iRacing® approved and an essential part of any sim racing setup.

Once you know how to use it, it‘s fine!

I removed one star because the manual does not explain everything you want to know. So I had to contact support because I did not know that you can only use audio OR USB connection, not both. And I had wondered why there were no plugins for all the games I had paid for. So they told me that not all games require such a plugin.

Now I‘m very pleased with the software!

So I have 2 wishes:

1. when you make a manual next time, let it test by someone who has absolutely no clue first. Some things are naturally for a developer but not for a user.

2. Please try to add some train simulators to you list, eg. Trainsimword, SimRail and Derail Valley.

Okay I Guess

It has a bit of a delay, so I don't use it. Simhub works way better, and has way more detailed settings. Not to mention the author of Simhub let's you choose how much you pay for a paid license. That means Hapticonnect costs a lot more, and is lesser quality. Certainly not worth $30, but it'll get the job done if you use it.
