It’s a bit finnicky but works perfectly if you actually follow the video directions on YouTube. Settings are not intuitive in windows.

Product overall is great but locking it down to specific games is atrocious. I bought it thinking that it would work not just for simulation games but also COD and BF6 because that would have been something but instead, even if I got the "unlocked" version it still doesn't support common FPS games which is really sad.
The software is mostly useless, compared to competitors, like Sim Haptic or Sim Shaker.
All of the hardware looks great and very solidly built. Everything sets up and plugs in just as advertised.
Initial setup was great and the system worked really nicely. I use it for a flight Sim and it adds a degree of immersion That is fantastic.
Unfortunately, the system constantly forget settings and I find myself having to reset it up all the time. It gets a bit frustrating.
