This software was not usefull at all. To be honest i was super excited to give it a go, but i literally using simhub to make better adjustments as this thing seemsnever working properly or giving the same feeling
If it works, the haptic quality is mediocre at best. The software has only installed properly one time without having to reinstall at least once back to back. It often will refuse to update even immediately after a fresh install. Customer service might as well just shut its doors and have a "sold as is" label placed where the contact info is.

Once "I" got it figured out.... I love it!!
Once I found out that "customer service" was NOT practiced at Buttkicker, and once I got rid of the Buttkicker haptic connect, and started using SimHub.... It now works GREAT!!
By FAR!!! the WORST part of Buttkicker, is the after sale. You expect people to figure out your difficult connection issues without asking basic questions? You need to train the IDIOTS that answer your phones when people call your business, to ask for help? 🤷♂️ It's embarrassingly poor!!
It's a must for flightsimmer, great products.
