I bought this for a butt kicker I am using with my electronic drum kit and just put one of the legs of my drum stool on it and it works great.
Unusable in my case for my sectional. I bought 2x of these kits to support a large L shape sectional, and the legs did not fit well on the plate with the LFEs attached. Also, the included rubber feet were much too narrow and didn’t help with the setup. I ended up cutting the rubber feet and mounting them into the legs of the couch, and rigging up a 2x4 under the couch to mount the LFEs directly. The vibration was much more pronounced and uniform compared to using 2x of these mounting plate kits. Would not recommend this kit due to my experience.
These are really nice and make placing your kickers a breeze!
The vibration off of this platform is amazing !
Easy to install although vibrations seem to be to one side of the chair. May get another Buttkicker to even then out
